NOTE: Photos shown are of a prototype, and some images show non-stock configurations. Production bicycles feature changes and refinements to the frameset, geometry, and specifications. See frameset and build details at right. Noteworthy spec changes not seen in the prototype images: Ravn color is a paler gray, not so dark and green. The Ulv has no front-derailleur cable stop. The extra set of rear fork eyelets has been removed. The production rando rack on both models will have five M6 mounts and two sets of struts (one offset for wider forks). We specified different rims for both complete builds after testing various designs. Both bikes feature updated geometry, corrected axle-to-crown lengths, exclusive new custom steel (see Design), and a new metal headbadge.

Why "grind" gravel when you can fly?

Run 26x55mm or 650Bx42mm with fenders—or up to 650Bx48mm without!

The Ravn is what we call an All-Road Enduro or Dirt Rando bike. Some say Road Plus. The focus is on speed, performance, and exceptional comfort over long distances on mixed terrain. Not only is the Ravn a killer rando, gravel, adventure, touring, and bikepacking rig; it also features the geometry, clearances, and braze-ons to be built up as a perfect porteur or super-commuter. It’s truly a one-bike quiver, designed for maximum “float” over rough stuff like fire roads and singletrack, without compromising performance on pavement.

The Ravn features low-trail geometry, intuitive handling, and a super-premium Rawland Staal tubeset, for responsiveness and energy return, lightweight strength, and a lively ride. This performance-tuned frameset is designed to give riders that “perpetual-motion machine” feel. And while optimized for 26"x55mm and/or 650Bx42mm with fenders (effective outer diameter of wheel approximately 670mm), the Ravn can also run up to 650Bx48mm sans fenders.

The one-bike quiver

Part of Rawland’s Berserkerverks line, the Ravn is possibly the most versatile production bicycle ever made: multiple wheel sizes, multiple modes, all fun.

Ravn is pronounced RAH-vin. That’s Viking for “raven.”
